Can I add family members to my health policy?

Yes, the member is entitled to add the eligible spouse and children under the Health Takaful plan as per the standard terms and conditions of the policy.

 

Can you provide me with a Certificate of Coverage (COC)? What is the procedure?

Yes, a COC can be issued if you are directly covered with us. However, if you are insured through a distribution channel, the COC request must be initiated accordingly.

Where can I find the network list of healthcare providers for direct billing?

You can find the network list of healthcare providers supporting direct billing on your TPA’s app or portal. Log in using your credentials and navigate to the relevant section. If you encounter any difficulties, the TPA’s customer service team will be happy to assist you.

 

How do I contact the TPA customer support?

To contact customer support, identify your Third-Party Administrator {TPA), visit their official website, or use their mobile app. Look for the customer support section where you’ll find contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses.

 

How can I access my policy information?

The Third-Party Administrator {TPA) portal/mobile application provides a secure portal where you can log in to access your policy details, claims history, and other relevant information. For personalized assistance or specific queries, our TPAs provide dedicated support through a 24/7 helpline.

 

What is medical reimbursement?

Medical reimbursement is a process through which individuals can claim compensation for eligible medical expenses incurred by themselves or their dependents, depending on the terms and conditions of the healthcare policy.

 

What documents are required for medical reimbursement?

To process your medical reimbursement claim, you need to submit the following documents:

  • Original medical bills or receipts showing details of expenses

  • Prescriptions issued by a licensed medical

  • Diagnostic reports or test results related to the medical

  • A completed reimbursement form provided with sign and stamp of the provider with diagnosis details.

  • Photocopy of EID and bank

  • Any other relevant documentation (Prior approval/Intimation email copy).
