How do I submit my claim?

You can submit your claim by:

  1. Contacting our Call Center through a Toll-Free Number 800889
  2. Through our website by accessing the claim option in the top and footer menu and uploading necessary documents e. Valid Driving license, Registration Card, Police report, Vehicle’s photos if available.
  3. Emailing us at customerinfo@yastakaful.ae and submitting the required documents.

 

How long does it take to process a claim?

Minor claims usually take 1 business day to be resolved. However, complex claims, such as water damage, fire incidents, and significant damages require assessments, expect resolution within an additional 2 to 3 business days.

 

Will the repairer collect my car and deliver it back to me?

If your car isn’t in a drivable state, you can drop it off at authorized workshops or agencies by calling the Roadside Assistance Company, whose number is listed on all of our issued policies.
